 1. TopMind™ Introduction Workshop (30 – 90 min) 

During our Introduction (Focus) Workshop you will get acquainted with the TopMind™ Training principals. You’ll be introduced with the basics of the program in an accessible and effective way. We will discuss techniques on how to train your mental capabilities by yourself, and you’ll will personally experience that a TopMind™ is trainable. Moreover you will leave at least with one exercise to apply in your personal life.

The following topics will be covered

  • Test: what’s the current level of fitness of your mind?
  • How to improve your MindSet to focus and stay focused 
  • Two mental states: ‘Dis-Ease’ and ‘Real-Ease’ 
  • Specific instrument(s) to improve your focus

2. TopMind™ Individual Premium Coaching

During our TopMind™ 100, 200 or 300-Days Individual Program we work on a crystal clear and fit mind. We start by determining your current level of mental fitness by means of both physical test and stakeholder assessment. Through these you will gain (new) insights to determine a program goal. 

Characteristic of the program are the short and frequent contact- and training moments which makes the time involved limited, but the program effective.

Besides we will measure the progress towards your goals every 3 months.

3. TopMind™ Team Training

During our TopMind™ 100, 200 or 300-Days Team Traning we work on a crystal clear and fit collective team mind. We start with an individual session per partaker to determine the current level of fitness and set a personal improvement to focus on beside the team objective. Characteristic of the program are the short and frequent contact- and training moments which makes the time involved limited, but the program effective.

What does the TopMind™ Team Training consist of? 

  • An individual session per partaker to determine the current level of mental fitness and a personal goal.
  • Between 5 and 10 team meetings of approximately half a day to cover the entire TopMind Training System.
  • Our TopMind Tracker with which we coach participants on a day-by-day basis, monitor the individual growth weekly and evaluate monthly.
  • individual E-coaching sessions (e-mail/ Skype) in between the team meetings.
